Enquizit has a large focus on the public sector, including government agencies and higher education institutions. However, it also helps “payer, provider and life sciences domains provide enhanced research capabilities and premier patient care due to advances in AWS cloud computing with a business associate agreement (BAA) and a Shared Responsibility Model making the cloud environment comply with HIPAA and PHI at rest and in-transit,” according to the company’s website.
“Enquizit complements our existing commercial-focused Digital Velocity practice via professional services, including application modernization, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity,” said Andy Eccles, senior vice president of integrated technology solutions at CDW, in a statement.
SkyMap uses AWS AI and machine learning to determine an organization’s optimal path for securely migrating data to the cloud quickly and affordably.
Enquizit was awarded a nearly $4 million contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in July 2022. The contract involves the modernization of the CDC’s National Electronic Disease Surveillance System Base System.
“Enquizit has grown rapidly in the last few years due to a series of government contract wins,” said TC Ratnapuri, founder and chairman of the company, in a statement. “We were faced with the challenge of building an internal mechanism to scale delivery and maintain our culture of excellence, or to team with another organization who already has this mechanism in place.”
The decision to join CDW was made after a thorough analysis, Ratnapuri added.
