The 2025 HIMSS conference and expo wrapped up last week, but there were plenty of learnings and announcements for healthcare organizations to take notice of beyond Las Vegas.

Microsoft released its artificial intelligence-powered clinical workflow assistant, Dragon Copilot.
Zoom is offering a public beta of Zoom Workplace for Clinicians and a select beta of Custom AI Companion, both of which are meant to support clinical documentation.
Virtual care platform company AvaSure said that it now has a Virtual Care Assistant that is supported by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and NVIDIA.
Cisco unveiled an upcoming beta of Webex Contact Center’s integration with Epic, which is meant to improve customer experience.
Commvault announced new features meant to help with the recovery of electronic health record systems built on Microsoft Azure to improve organizations’ cyber resiliency.
Large healthcare provider NYU Langone Health launched the rollout of Amazon One contactless check-in at facilities.
Ergotron revealed new features for fleet management and clinical mobility.
Zebra Technologies showcased a number of new solutions at the conference, including an autonomous mobile robot and new healthcare-grade mobile computers enabled with 5G.
